Sonia Lawrence, is a wonderful young lady who was a leading gymnast for the Great Britain Team until her 'retirement', sort of. She still does gymnastics demonstrations and promotes the sport but she had successfully transitioned to the Pole Vault. Having the skill from her gymnastics career, she is a natural for the Pole Vault. On the Pole Vault pages, you will find exclusive pictures of the hard working young lady.
She also teaches her 2 gymnastic sisters, Kirsty & Debbie, who are tops in their sport as well. Come and visit both the Gymnastics and the Pole Vault pages.
